We enlisted Kristi’s help to create a mural on a backyard-facing garage wall in our first home after moving from San Francisco to Minneapolis. We are so in love with what she created. From the get go, she was communicative in her process and timeline, collaborative in the mural design and thoughtful in her approach (she thought through it all - surface type, paint compatibility, weather impact, humidity, drying time, etc.). She ultimately provided us with numerous design options to choose from for the final product and they were all wonderful (any of them would have looked amazing on the wall), it was nearly impossible to narrow it down. Kristi executed on every “want” we had for the mural (yellow as a key color, paying homage to water, sailing and the coast). This sunset-inspired mural brings so much personality and color to our backyard. Kristi’s thoughtfulness, passion for her craft, attention to detail and precision is evident in her work - we get SO many compliments! She also gets bonus points for how quickly she befriended our active and excitable dog. Ready to turn all the walls of my house and garage over to her, hopefully the neighbors won’t mind. Kristi helped me bring my design inspiration and ideas to the next level with her extensive interior design knowledge and passion for her work. She created beautiful 3D drawings of my space that helped me visualize my options before confidently moving forward with any designs. Beyond her drawings, in our conversations she brought tips and standards of design I would have never been aware of without her that translated to more intentionality and refinement in the design of my space.
